Application for Student Travel Grant

Travel grants of up to $500 will be awarded to a limited number of students presenting a technical paper or poster. To be eligible, an individual's paper/poster first must be accepted for presentation. Notification of acceptance of contributed papers/posters will be made in early November. Student applicants must submit the following additional information in the email with their abstract:

• Degree Sought
• Expected or Actual Graduation Date
• Are you the senior author?
• Will you be making the presentation?
• Name and Address of Advisor
• Total projected travel expenses (Please attach details, include estimated transportation, lodging, meals, and registration.)
• Total funds available from other sources (please attach details)
• Outstanding travel needs requested from NAAGC (maximum $500)
• A brief (1-3 page) description (Intro, study area, methods, results, discussion) of the project on which the presentation is based
